We provide concierge physical therapy throughout Queens and Nassau County, Long Island — including Forest Hills, Astoria, Flushing, Garden City, Great Neck, Manhasset, Hewlett, Lynbrook, Rockville Centre, and surrounding communities.
New York is a direct-access state, meaning you can see a physical therapist without a referral for up to 30 days or 10 visits. After that, a physician's referral is required for continued care. We'll help coordinate if needed.
Initial evaluations run 60-75 minutes. Follow-up sessions are typically 45-60 minutes of dedicated, one-on-one care — no shared attention, no rotating therapists.
